Pump Can’t Connect with Hub

The pump is too far from the hub, or there are too many obstructions between them.

The pump is not in search mode during the hub's discovery window.

The hub's software version is outdated.

  • Place the pump close to the hub during the connection process.

  • Initiate a device search on the hub. When the countdown begins, press and hold the pump's SET button until the red light starts blinking.

Pump Not Working or Can't Pump Water from Container

Impurities have entered and damaged the pump.

The pump was damaged due to being dropped or during transportation.

  • If the pump fails to work, please contact the customer service of the store where you made your purchase within the warranty period.

Water Leakage from the Pump Inlet or Outlet Port

The water pipe is not inserted tightly or fully into the port.

  • Re-install the water pipe, ensuring the end is fully and tightly inserted into both the inlet and outlet ports.

Weak Water Flow

The pump is too far from the plants or the water container, making the tube too long.

Air is trapped inside the tube.

  • Move the pump closer to the plants to reduce the tube length.

  • When installing the system, let water flow from the open end of the tube to expel all air before installing the end caps.

Hub Can’t Connect to Wi-Fi

You are not using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

The Wi-Fi password entered is incorrect.

The hub is too far from the router, or there are too many obstructions blocking the signal.

  • Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz band (or a dual-band network that supports it).

  • Double-check the Wi-Fi password during the connection process.

  • Try moving the hub closer to your router when setting up the connection.
